How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since our nut butters are made in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships via UPS or USPS.
Do I need to refrigerate my Nerdy Nuts?
Refrigeration is not required! Our products are shelf-stable for up to 9 months. However, if you prefer a thicker consistency or want to extend freshness, you can keep them in the fridge.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our flavors are made with gluten-free ingredients; however, we do use cookies and other mix-ins in certain varieties that contain gluten. Please check the specific ingredient label on each product page.
Why is there oil on top of my jar?
Separation is a natural process for high-quality nut butters. Simply give it a good stir to incorporate the natural oils back into the butter.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to military APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand to international nutty fans in the future!
